have any ove you opted for a lighter flywheel?

If so did you see a difference:
-in response time
-in max hp
-any loses in tork or displacement of torque curb
-in timing (to be done or otherwise)?

it will make your car a little rougher to start from a complete standstill depending on how light you make the flywheel and your car will rev faster (good or bad you decide)

A very good modification, can't say enough about it. I have a 9.5 pound flywheel so I'm not sure how light you are talking about.

if you are getting bad wheelspin with street tires, keep the stock flywheel, if you plan on running slicks then get a lighter one(just my opinion)

What is the limit to where the engine starts lacking of momentum.(In weight of the flywheel)

Are there good web pages that sell flywheels and give an acurate weight and description?

Has anyone with a alluminium flywheel had any problems with premature use of the flywheel due to starter or other thins toching it?

Where could I get more info?(web pages or books)

Thanks for the replys.
