License Plate Re-locator?

Has anyone made a DIY license plate relocator for fairly cheap? I saw a spicy rolling around the other day with it relocated over the deleted fog light enclosure and I really liked the look of it, just wondering if anyone else has done this. Thanks!

you can diy or buy one on ebay for like $20

Most people just use metal L brackets that bolt under the bumper, be sure to use stainless or something that won't rust
