Let's see some Mazda3 5-doors

i heard the eibachs barely lower the 3, thats why i went with the teins, im literally 2 inches lower in the front and thats just after the install i still have 3/4 of an inch to settle. the rears definately need camber arms now

how much did it cost to have that done. like is it the vinyl stuff or is like the legit most expensive stuff? either or still bad ass

im looking at HIDs now, saving what i can for coilovers. gonna leave it alone after that for awhile. wait till powertrain warranty ends then turbo

I've never heard of "stance" coils. What shocks and spring rates do they carry? Got any links???

I put tein coilovers on our P5. They didn't go low at all(might be different for the 3's). They did handle phenomenally though. However....it wasn't a race car so I didn't really like them, they were too bouncy and when they were all the way down the springs in the rear would pop off the perch. Basically the perks were overwhelmed by the flaws. Never understood why a company would build a coilover that would allow that to happen in any adjustment. The Eibach springs are def not low by my standards. They do ride smooth though, so in that aspect no complaints. When the front struts finally pop I will be going with H&R coilovers.

Well, they go low......doesn't tell me much though. I was hoping to see some spring rates and shock brand, they look interesting though. The base adjustment is pretty BA.

Aw man, where'd you find that at????? I didn't see it haha. I must be friggin blind haha. Only thing I read was the rear springs were like stock, which is like 250. I assume that those number are hundred and not thousands btw...those would be pretty much rigid and ride like doodoobutter.

Edit: I am blind. I see it now. Don't know why I didn't associate that with rates....prolly the "k"

$1450 for those?? damn.. id get BC's or KW's for that much.

i thought stance coilovers where for people who just wanted to be hella low?

Don't pay more than 1200 for coilovers. There are quite a few places you can get better prices from. I was under the impression that there were fitment problems with stance coilovers. I know a few guys on mazda3 forums have tried them but the drop was not what they wanted so they sold them.

I would recommend either H&R, KW, or BC's extreme drop package. I have H&R and I love how the car still rides nice for being as low as it is. H&R uses progressive rate springs and bilstein struts that are valved very nicely.

How could you hate on this? I love the Mazda 6 wagon. To me, there is something about them that make them look more like the Protege 5 than the 3 wagons do.

This one looks good because of the custom front bumber it have! I like wagons but most of the 6 wagons I see around are the regular version which I dont like.

so i was thinkin about the carbon vinyl hood.pics of the 3 with a carbon fiber hood, vinyl or legit

thanks

This does look oh so sexy, and I agree with the P5 sentiment... I miss my midnight blue '02.
