sweet ride. Did you notice a big bump in power from the klo3 to the ze? i had a gold mx6 a while back with invader kit nitrous jspecs cm stage 1 and fidanza flywheel borla catback, hotshot headers hotshot intake. It was fun. but i like my new car more

yeah there was a very nice gain in power. im very happy with it. and yes you are right. Heat is a big problem with these V6's. the spacers, contrary to poular belief, do in fact help keep it running cooler, which = faster

im looking to rig some sort of CAI, kuz the cone filter sitting on the MAF is sucking in all kinds of hot air. that and a test pipe are my plans for right now.

Alot of guys do that hood mod. It gets a good amount of air flow under there. I dont think it needs to be that high but it does the job.

i actualy stole the idea from a couple buddies of mine. one has a S14 240 sx and the other has a FD-3s RX7, they have meter that tell them thier intake mani temps and they notice about 15-20 degrees F difference when they did that

The hood thing is a J/UK circuit racer tactic. it's dirt-cheap hood vents, yo! very functional. If i ever get my project car (any one) i'll end up doing that to it as well.

Don't be so hard on yourself tha car is ok it does not look "riced" out at least yet Once you get some nice wheels it will really brighten the car up. It is a little drab with that monochromatic theme. Embrace your inner BLING!
