I am almost posative that waiting for parts does not count towards lemon law time. Better hire a lemon law layer for this one. They don't let people out of their payments that easily ya'know.

mazda gave me a rental even though im not 25. isnt that the age you have to be to have a rental?.... i was under the impression that it doesnt matter what age you are if its through the dealership. i could be wrong

They could have given him a loaner car no problem, but places like enterprise require the driver to be 25+
