Leaking BOV?

I have a Greddy BOV S on stock pipes. When I accelerate and let go of the pedal without stepping on clutch the BOV goes off. Is it leaking?

the clutch has nothing to do with the bov. when you accelerate you build the boost pressure. when you release the pedal the throttle body closes and the excess pressure has to go somewhere.....PSHHHHHHHH
