I have an old Amazon.com gift card, and I've got nothing better to spend it on, so I'm thinking of getting some yellow fog light films. Does anyone have anything to say about them?

Not me personally, but my old man tried some for the tails on his Titan. He said that even though they are pre-cut, they still needed some stretching and heating up. Said it was a PIA, so he bought some pre-smoked tails instead. But being that its the fog light, and that there are not any turns or bends, it may be much easier.

Im sure there are people on here with actual experiecne though, just my (2cents)

The Lamin-X ones are super easy and forgiving to install. I've installed 2 or 3 sets now.

I used the Lamin-X and installed in minutes with sun setting on me. It was super easy to install and I find that it is much thicker than normal tint. All in all I think it is worth it particularly as it is forgiving and you can take it off easily to adjust it.

I got the yellow ones for my p5 and they were easy to install and forgiving. Just try not to touch the sticky part, it'll put fingerprints. They come with little tabs to hold them.

I sprayed plenty of soapy water solution to avoid the sticky fingerprint issue. It seemed to work better as I could move it to exactly where I wanted to go.

Anybody know where i can purchase good OEM or aftermarket fogs for my P5?
Local junkyard wants 80$ used for two which i have no clue what condition there in.
Im sure i could order brand new online for that much or cheaper.

You just missed out on a used set by a day in the Private Classifieds for $75 shipped. Regarding the price, a brand new fog light (for one only) from Mazda is $194 MSRP. About $150 if you purchase from here:

Or they can be had on eBay for $140 for a pair (knock off OEMs):

Sorry about that one :P I'm the one who grabbed those!

i installed a blue pair in 2007 (Rockblocker- no longer avail. just like thick R-vinyl or laminX) Worth the money, no cracked or chipped lights! Now they faded till almost clear. I purchased a pair of 7" Hella blue covers (amazon.com) and cut/wrapped the extra. I prefer the thick stuff over the thin stuff. I've had non-mazda fog lights still crack and break using the thin stuff, no problems with the thick stuff, other than fading over time. R-vinyl sells a thicker product on amazon.com, not avail on ebay.
