It sound like a lot of people are shopping for new tires for their mp3's i was looking around for myself and people were saying that these are good tires. well they are 97$ with free shipping at Discounttiredirect.com

I just had the new yokohama avs es100's mounted last week. I'm not sure if they were 94 or 96 a piece from tire rack. I was running the kumho 7612's before these I'm much happier with the new yoko. They do everyting better the the 712's did. Stickier, less road noise, and they are much quieter and more controlable on break away. Damn I sound like a yokohama sales man. HEHE I also get the cool ass free hpi r/c car promo from the tire rack =).

Did you buy them from Tirerack? Can I have the RC car they gave you. I was thinking about buying those, but I hadn't heard anything about them until now that is. I'm glad to hear that there is possibly something better than the 712's as the same price.

I'm very happy with the new yok's I'd reccomend them to anyone looking for another option. Hehe as far as the r/c car, you'll have to pry it from my cold dead hands =)!! I'm married with a kid on the way, I don't get many toys anymore.

When I think of a free RC car, I think of one of those pieces of crap that needed to go backwards to turn the car. Is this actually a decent RC car?

Chris it's actully a pretty decent little car. It's made by HPI. I was into r/c cars when I was younger and hpi makes some good stuff. Granted it's not a high zoot racing rig or anything, but for free? I'm not complainin. Check it out at http://www.hpiracing.com/index2.htm
