Anyone following a couple of other threads would know this was coming!
Got the ksports installed today, so I thought i'd post up some first impressions and of course, pics!
First impressions:
-Stiffer, tighter way less bounce than on the H&R springs.
-Cornering greatly improved. I can take moderately tight 90's a good 10KMH faster than before with no body roll and no loss of grip
-Body roll virtually gone.
-More 'detailed' ride. I can feel every bump but not like i felt it with the stiff springs. That was more like feeling the bumps through the 'body' of the car. This feels more like feeling the bumps through the suspension.
-The whole car feels tighter and more refined. The ride quality is now much closer to my R3 RX8 (which has Bilstien dampers)
I'll post up more detailed results, I've really only had a chance to drive it maybe 15kms since install. Tomorrow is a longer road trip (combined 3+ hrs of hwy and city) so I'll have a much better change to work them in.
Amusingly, I had them installed at my dealer. They offered me a price that was better than I could have bought jackstands and a jack for. They did outstanding work and did it quick.
Here's the amusing part. The service manager came in and asked me how much drop I wanted over OEM. I said let's go to -1.75" from stock. The tech heard -1.75" from CURRENT which was already -1.5". The service manager asked me into the shop to come take a look and they had me like SLAMMED. They tech couldn't even get his fist between the floor and my bumper.
At any rate, they brought it up an inch so I'm sitting at -2" from stock right now!
And now, what you've all been waiting for: crappy cell phone Pics!

As a side note, I'll probably be selling my H&R springs soon. Food for thought!
