Ok so with income tax check comin soon, gonna upgrade the shocks and struts on my ms3. Was originally thinking of getting the yellows, but i heard that the FSDs have a better ride, I want somethin comfortable for my dd. Im not lowering at all cause of all the crappy michigan roads. What are you guys running or recommend?

Yeah I don't like the ride of my yellow's on stock springs. It's rough even on the softest settings all around. I haven't changed to the FSD's simply because it will cost me more money to buy those than it did the yellows.

If you do want to lower and use the FSD, Koni have certified the Eibach Pro-Kit to lower the car while still allowing enough travel for the FSD to work correctly.

I have the fsd's and they are great. They are hard to find and usually on back order so look for them before you are ready to buy or you maybe waiting. I have the early models that are meant for the Mazda 3 but work on the MS3. Newer version I believe are stiffer. The ride is much better and bumps are absorbed, takes the car up a notch in quality feel.

Nice! thanks guys! Yeah i deff will be upgrading here soon. Id love to go lower, i think it looks that much cleaner and nicer, but not practical for me at the moment with my 4 season daily driver on the pothole ridden roads of Michigan. However may be considering after i buy a 2nd car... then it wont necessarily wont be an issue. Its lookin like the FSD's are gonna be the way to go
