I don't have any mods or any way of reading knock. Also, I think the whole idea of having a car with lots of usable torque is to, you know, use it. I pass and accelerate up hills in sixth because this car has so much torque that I don't need to gear down. I will continue to do so.
If the motor blows, then it's the dealer's problem.
