lol I decided against the swap, I'm sticking with the JDM FS-ZE I just dropped in.
But on the titties note, thanks

lol I like them just fine hahaha
I'm glad you did decide against it. One of the members on mazda626.net did it in her (that's right, another female!!!) '99 626 V6 5 speed. But in short, it was a pain in the ass, the TB didn't quite fit, you don't have an egr on the ZE motor, and on top of that, she had no other choice but to use her stock wiring harness. It was a pain, but hers was running. She just recently blew the engine from a huge puddle of water. And she's parting it out. Let me inform ya'll of what won't and will work for a 4 banger to V6 swap....
*4 cylinder transmissions don't mate to the V6, but they share the same gear box. The V6 gears are alot shorter than any of the 4 bangers on these forums. Gears 1 & 2 are the same 3.31 and 1.84. the '93-'97 MX6/626/Probe 3rd, 4th and 5th gears are 1.31, 1.03 and .795 with the 4.11 final drive. The '96 and '97 Probe shares its transmission with the V6 MX3, which has the same gearing, but a final drive ratio of 4.39:1
*The CV axles are the same 4 cylinder or V6.
*Clutch master cylinders are different.
*All of the engine mounts minus the one in front of the timing cover are the same.
*Even the subframes are the same between 4 banger or V6.
*The V6 626 shares it's brakes with the MSP, minus the calipers. The 4 banger rotors are the same as the '93-'97 Probe/MX6/626/ 5 lug protege.
With this info said, It's alot easier to swap over the FSZE and make it faster. I hope this info pleases the masses.
BTW, nice sweater meat (boobs2)
