I think it's a Foose Eleanor GT, it has the same wheels as his design, and has the same Eleanor hood that is on his design as well, Foose is building 5000 "Foose Design GT's" for 2007.

I could be wrong though, I'm pretty sure a GT500 with all of the add-ons is way over $50,000, hell, a stock one is like $72,000 right now with mark-ups and ebay inflation.
