I'm sure I have said I will never sell it, but I know I will one day. Nothing lasts forever and the new 5.0 mustangs are too cool to pass up.

I once said that I would never get rid of it but as the miles racked up, the parts market got smaller and smaller, the problems started piling up, and the resale value went in the dumps, I had to let it go when I got a good deal. I wish I knew who bought my car though, it was sweet.

This is why I love my MSP and will never part with it.

I've got way too much invested, and have gained far too much knowledge with this car to part ways. If someone really wanted it, had $9k, and I knew they deserved the car, I might sell it. Otherwise, it's paid off, it's mine, it's was bone stock when I got it with 32k miles, and I know all the maintenance and modifications I've done to it.

Now the Speed6 for the other hand I could take or leave. If I could get payoff in a trade I'd probably trade it in for a Trailblazer SS AWD.

*puts hand up*

Only way I will get rid of it is as follows:

1. Crash it
2. Someone offers me enough that I can not say no to

I won't get rid of mine because it is the perfect daily driver for me. Fun to drive and fast enough to keep me satisfied. A couple more mods and it will be where I want it and then I can mod the family car.

I remember I was driving my father's spare car. It was mine basically, but not in my name. The car broke down and I started driving my mom's Envoy, but she was not happy about so for kicks I looked for 2 cars I remembered wanting, but was too cheap to buy. 1st one was a 2003 Mercury Marauder, but the price was still too high for being 6-7 yrs old..2nd car was the msp of course. Dealership had one 45mins away from me. Test drove it, haggled the price and rushed to my credit union for a loan. Impulse bought the hell out of it. I love my car too much to get rid of it. My daughter and nephew love it too, until a mustang rolls by. Then they become little haters.

Mauraders are sick, my buddies dad has a 94 Impala SS and each of those cars I have always liked. More so the Merc because i'm a Ford guy.

Bought mine 2 years ago, I love my car. Only way I get rid of it is a good chunk of $ that I can't say no or trading for a stock spicy or laser blue

I have had my car a while, at one time I said I would never sell it. While I still like the car there will be a day it will be sold. I say it will be for sale in the next year or so. When I graduate college I want a truck. Im always needing one and the protege is just impractical for a job because I cant keep my seat clean. It gets so dusty.

I just sold my wife's Spicyorange MSP with 26k. It was clean, did not have a single door ding and even still had the new car smell inside. I thought we was going to keep it forever but we got good money for it and I picked up another MSP that need a lot of loving for cheap and was going to make that my daily. But I will keep using my P5 for daily and mod the MSP with boltons, do more upgrades to the MS3 and save money for a used Miata cause they are fun to drive too!

Congrats on the sale! I was hoping you would find the right buyer, that car deserved it. Now what MSP do you have now? It's not the titanium one on the SA Craigslist that was going for like 3500 is it? I think I saw that one re-listed at a used car lot, I should have bought it for the rebuilt turbo and steedspeed mani then resold it for profit!

Thanks. I bought a black one. Always wanted a black car. I wish I bought that one. I bought mine a week before he dropped his price. He traded it in for $2400!!!

What? Now I really wish I had bought it! That's a shame that guy must not be very bright. Now the lot has it for sale for 7K! Post pics of the black one! I can't believe you didn't make a thread! You may need a new SN now.

I can't let it go because its taught me so much and inspired me to think outside the box... and the fact that it doesn't seem what it is especially without the wing.

I won't get rid of mine either, its my "master piece" so to speak ....
