That is an awfully big gain for a SRI, not sure how the same design as all the others is going to produce more than their CAI.

$320 is way too much! They are never going to sell any of these at this price.
with less than credible hp ratings, and an astronomical price... it likely won't be a huge seller - really meant for the ebay sellers who just put "mazdaspeed3 K&N intake" in the title to pull in the non-forum-going people...

They'll sell a few. There are people out there that are just stupid enough to believe those HP numbers and will shell out the money because OMFG it's K&N and they're the bestest! (braindead

They will sell in california..... most cops see K&N and don't even check for a carb sticker since almost everything they make is legal....(headshake(dunno)

"Estimated Horsepower Gain: 25.68 HP @ 4300 RPM"

I like how they "estimated" the power gains

I wonder if it has the air diffuser or air foils inside of the intake? Wasnt that the problem in the beginning with getting lean codes?

K&N may want to check out a little thing called competitive pricing and give it another shot......looks like a nice product though. Is that a ceramic coating maybe?

I wonder if it has an airflow straightener like the NANO. cp-e claims this is essential if you want to avoid a CEL...

25 hp from an intake that's virtually identical to the other SRIs sounds a too good to be true--unless maybe the heat shield makes a big difference.

In any case, they can keep the extra 10 hp if it's going to give me a CEL.
