K&N CAI Prototyping Monday 6/9 @ 8:00am

Finally...............
I emailed K&N on May 14th. Got a call yesterday - they want my MSP.

Monday i'm driving down to Riverside for prototyping. They said it will take 3 days. Oh and hey, i'm getting a 300M from them as a rental

Same day i get it back i'll post dyno results. Currently i have a K&N short ram with heat shield. I will ask them to do 3 different runs (if they agree) - STOCK, SHORT RAM, and COLD AIR.
Hopefully i'll get 3 different dyno sheets.

CANT WAIT !!!

Hope they take good care of my baby.

yeah I e-mailed K&N as well they are looking for anyone in the California area. Not sure direct city, but yes they are test fitting and sizing stuff.

woke up at 5, was at K&N at 8 (63 mi one way).

Nice-ass facilities. Very clean. Bomb ass cars - couple of Matrixs (matricies???) and a few SVT Focuses (foci???).

Will pick up the car on wendsday afternoon. They promiced me dyno sheets.

By the way they didnt have 300M - THEY LIED!!! Got an Intrepid. That sh*t is WAY too soft and comfortable, got me all sleepy on the drive back.

dr. sound,

she's not jealous, she's bitter. when she was the prototype for the injen intake, she went through those questions on a daily basis for about three months straight. i guess it does kinda get annoying after a while. since the k&n has been historically much more expensive than the injen, i'm sure you won't get as much interest as the injen did. be grateful for it. good luck with the intake.
