I replied once already, but don't see it up here- wtf?AZSpeed said:So let me ask this.....when you do a MBC and the intake the studdering should go away completely, because with the MBC you are making the engine put out more fuel which should cause it to not run as rich.....and with the intake because of increased air flow..
All I want to know is...if I do Intake and MBC, I will no longer have teh studder...right?

Anyway, the stutter/hesitation will not go away with boost because the car has a rising rate fuel pressure regulator that increases fuel pressure with boost, so it remains overly rich even with the added air flow. The K&N/intake mods help a bit because you are adding more air flow at the same psi.

Do tell! What equiment are you using to access the maps.
Your car is already turbo charged so youll have to find something else to equate it toservoeyes said::wtf:
I'll pay 300$ to get 12-15 whp...hell equate that to the cost of a turbo and what it adds....it's a bargain!

OK, my original post (which never showed up!!!) said that the increased air flow may help some people, when I re-wrote it, I quickly just typed helps a little..
Since the car is just dumping a preset amount of fuel, it doesn't seem to be adjusting for climate changes so some people will see improvements and others won't depending on climate/temp due to the fuel always being constant.
My mechanical setup is simple and will probaly be like a $15-$20 kit at the most- possibly less- it is mostly the time for me to gather the parts and package it that you are paying for over the parts.. The setup perfworks is working on is yet to be determined price wise and we will both fill you in on how it works when it is complete. We have to run some tests on my car then toss in a beta unit and I will test it accordingly. Still have a little R&D ahead, but shouldn't be too much longer. I wear a size 6 dress. Nicname Joenella.
