its wierd how when we want s*** to rust, it doesnt rust, but when we dont, it does
and i doubt brake fluid will work faster then the solution im using now, it makes the metal rust within a matter of seconds

peroxide+vinegar+salt lol i have thought of using acid but the fumes are too crazy for me
but on a different note, does anybody know what size the EGR bung is? like thread pitch cuz i want to make a custom line, since i hate the dame stock line so much i deleted mine and everytime the EGR does a test the AFR's fluctuate like crazy

yea, the hood is already on the car, not trying to go piss all over my car lol, alex (scratch&sniff) is doing that to his hood and told me it was working haha
and are you guys sure its m20x1.5? i did some research and apparently thats the same size as 1/2" NPT...which would make it alot easier to find stuff. I was searching for adapters and came across a 1/2 NPT Female to Female adapter, then i would use a 1/2 NPT to 8AN adapter, then use 2 ft 8AN line to the intake mani...but i just want to double check that the EGR in the intake mani is actually the same size as the one on the exhaust. It looks alot bigger

Wait, are you saying you think the EGR threads are standard and not metric? I saw that thread on the DIY gas line too, I just skimmed it, but I think he used a standard thread too. Which just doesn't make any sense at all...
I just had my EGR pipe off this weekend and I could've measured it for ya. But I'm not pulling all that apart again, what a PITA.

okay so i just went and bought the gas pipe, bought the wrong size! damit
i bought 1/2" MIP but i guess i should have bought the 5/8"
im about to just say **** it and buy AN fittings and SS line for it

okay so i just posted this earlier in the P5 thread but didnt get an answer, anybody know what the resistance for good spark plug wires should be? mine were around 9-ish and 5-ish k ohms
not sure if thats good or not, just need some input, thanksss
and today i took my ported vtcs/vics removed mani and ported it some more, doing a variation on the JDMSam method, looks pretty good so far
and i ordered a new MAF, mine was bad, made the car drive all wacky, picking it up tommorrow
and im about to go turn in some apps so i can finally get a dam job and start buying new high quality parts (read: steedspeed, gt28, gears, alum. IC pipes)
not sure if thats good or not, just need some input, thanksss

Service manual says 5.6-12.1k Ohm for the long one and 1.9-4.0k Ohm for the short one. You should prolly replace the shorty.
