Just watched Kung fu Hustle

Recommend this movie to any comedy/action fans. Rented this moobie tonite, went in to it with low expecations. I never cared for these martial arts moobies that required reading. But turned out acutally to be a really enjoyable funny film.
The action scenes are above and beyond the films from hollywood and the film had me cracking up laughing in alot of parts. Story was pretty decent and overall better films I seen this year. Out of all the crappy dvds out now, definitly check out this film.

It's an awesome movie. I got it last week and watched it over the weekend. I was impressed. I also laughed my ass off. The older actors in it are pretty well known accomplished martial arts masters from the 70's.

Steven Chow makes killer movies. If you liked Kung Fu Hustle you should check out Shaolin Soccer. Its a riot.

i saw shaolin soccer. great movie. i like the fat guy who if i remember correctly they called weightless because hes supposed to be able to walk on air. some funny stuff.

agreed, waiting till he does a martial arts flic with NO comedy, however, i now own both on dvd and if he must add the tasteful humour to all he does- i have no complaints, hes genius.
