I just joined this forum as im thinking of getting an ms3 sometime soon.
I had a srt4 for a few years. it was a mildly modded car good for mid to high 12s. But since i got rid of it just bothers me not having a car thats fun to mod. so when i started looking it seems the ms3 is the best thing out in that genre of cars so as soon as everything is in order im off to the dealer.
i just had a few questions from reading posts on here. for one i dont see many people using mapclamps, is there a reason for this or is it just not well know in the ms3 community? they were very popular on srt's and worked very well. personaly i liked them way more then the bcd's. that + dp with cutout, filter, injectors, fmic, ebc and a wideband got me real close to 300whp and into 12's easily. im pretty fmiliar with turbo cars and tuning these type of cars so id be glad to share what ive learned off the srt , especialy as i see that people here seem more prone to share their mod+tunning ideas then on other forums. i like that its nice to learn from others rather then having to figure everything out by yourself. anyway just saying hello and hopefully ill have the car sooner then later so i can actualy look at it first hand.
