just installed my cai

hey guys had a sucessful time installing my intake, but i dont hear that infamous whistling sound being very defined. or a that much of a loud sound comming from my engine combared to a civic's cai installation. just wondering if you all are witnessing the samething. thanks a lot. and if i am suppose to hear a louding whistle, what do you think i did wrong when installing it? thanks.

Umm did you actually punch it, and take it up to 4500-6500 RPMs? You should hear it growl and slurp around that time

I just wrapped up my install a few minutes ago. I have a slight whistle right when I start forward and if I back off the throttle. Nothing annoying though. I love the nice rich sound the motor has once you hit the powerband. I know the gains are minimal, but it sounds a lot better now!
