Well just got back from Sport Compact Nights. Was a good show, a little long, but well worth the trip. I placed first in the mazda class

My latest mod in action.... Not quite finished though, ran out of time getting the car put back together after getting rear ended. I have about 4-5 more mods waiting on the burner, which I guess I'll have to get working on next week

and if anyone is interested a little video of my handiwork in action. All controlled via alarm remote of course, including all the "hidden" purges. Most of the reaction at the show was really cool, don't think this is a mod anyone had ever seen before.l

3 meg video

holy s***, son... that's a messed up mod! very cool, though.

Chromies don't suite my style, but it looks really clean on your car... no frontal/interior shots?

it's things that are different that bring the most attention. That is certainly different, congrats on the trophy, JOB WELL DONE!

haha, thats funny...in a good way though. nice. Could have went just a tad bit faster.

question: what rear bumper is that and do they make one for the sedan?

we have purposely slowed it down for now, until we are sure all the settings, safety features and microswitches work properly. Wouldn't want it going fast and something to not work properly. Keep in mind this actuator will push over 500 lbs with ease

Hey bigwoofer what did you use to clean your car paint so nicely. It looks so nice. Any special waxes or anything?

Cars are supposed to be drity and scratched. A clean car is a car that is not driven properly.

Cars a daily driver. I try to wash it once a week. This show was extra cool cause the car was rear ended a month and a half ago pretty bad, I just got it out of the shop at about 2am last thursday and freshly painted and polished. No chance for it to get dirty yet. But at the show I polished it up with meguiars NXT

You should see it now since i'm at home... Nothing like driving in the rain to make a car dirty...

My car's a daily driver at around 8psi. Trust me, I drive her more than right. But I am also pretty anal about keeping her clean and watching where I park so I don't get dings and chips in the paint.

I don't like washing my car because when the paint is clean you can see where some one keyed "***" into my hood. I really need to buy a new hood.

EDIT: With all that show business going on, your car is too heavy to be driven correctly 8psi or not.

So can the rear bumper be activated during high speed driving for xtra downforce? :D

Make the "tray" insulating and put some ice and beer in there. I bet u'll be #1 fo sho (first)

j/k with all that. It's pretty creative. Good job :)
