Just bought my P5 TODAY!

Isn't it a problem if this car is stressing at 65? I mean, I have to go about 1 hour to work on the highway. The speed limit is 70. If it is already stressing at 70, I have a problem.

Is there anything I can do to make it more stable on the highway?

who said it was stressing at 65? Because of the short gearing its going to be revving relatively high but it has no problem going anywhere around 65-75.

Edit: I see the confusion. That link it talking about piston speeds not RPM's. The piston speeds get almost up to 4,000 ft/min at redline you're nowhere near that when cruising on the freeway.

I am a guy who wants to take care of his car and not push it past its limits. So I'll go a bit slower, maybe 70-75, where I know my engine is not stressing.

I don't want to have this devolve into a flame-fest but in short I think speeding that much is unsafe and serves no purpose. The car is loud and uncomfortable and gets dramatically worse gas-milage. Moreover it doesn't get you anywhere that much faster. I go 75 tops on the highway. Say you have a 30 mile commute if you go 90 and I go 75 you get there 4 minutes before me, not worth it in my opinion.

In that sense yes...I understand...I was just asking because I drive 500 miles in 8 hours(going speed limit) so I was just wondering. So besides the noise they are more or less ready to roll at that speed?
