Just added K&N cone filter...

Just what the topic says, I just put my K&N cone filter on. Little quicker throttle response, louder BOV, and you can hear it spool in every gear. Just wanted to let yall know. Do pics have to be hosted to post them up on the forum? I didn't make it down to the beach this weekend for the piping estimate, sorry. I will keep yall up-dated on that situation...Later,

Excellent! Did you just pull the airbox, and place the cone on that tube? And; which K&N model # did you purchase? Thanks!

As far as photos, I just host mine on Shutterfly.com, and create the link. Works great!

Cheers!

Greg, if you go to my site, you can get the K&N part number and see the install under CAI mod #1.

Britt:
That's a great looking site! And; may much happiness be in you and your family's lives.

I went out and looked at the filter box on my 'Speed. When you pull out the filter box, and install the K&N, what did you do with that sensor that is mounted currently in the stock air box lid? The rest looks fairly easy.

Cheers!

You can upload pics to the forum, then link to them so they show up in posts, or even create a gallery. Just go to your user control panel and click on manage files.

AAAHHHH Britt, What's up man? I did the same you did from your site. All that was on your site was your name, no Forum name or email. So I was gunna post up tonight, askin if anyone knew you. Great site man, everything goes hand in hand. Where did you order your BDTT from??? That's my next project along with some Carbon...Later,

Cool, I got the BDTT from Summit racing. I have bought tons from them before and they are competitive pricing wise. I think it was @$125. My next project is too find out why my MSP is suddenly running 7.9 psi and then try out a prototype exhaust system this week.

I hear you on the Exhaust deal. Once I get some free time, I am headed down to a friends shop at the beach, for him to make me some turbo/intercooler piping, downpipe, and exhaust...Later,
