J jared Member Contributor Oct 5, 2005 #23 I've gotten over 35mpg on the highway on numerous occations My car as 82K i use regular Castrol GTX 10w-30 with the larger 626 OEM oil filter, i change every 5K. the only "mod" I have is a cheap cone filter I put in place of the stock airbox.
