Good luck guys...but I have to say that I am very disappointed since this months ROTM, Sevsev, has been push so far down, I doubt anyone has seen it. Corporate has won again (headshake. This forum has gone from "by the people, to the people" to "to the sponsors for the sponsors" Sorry for the rambling.
Hey hey Sir!
I am still not sponsored!!
Anyhow...there's nothing against campaining for votes (wiggle)
Ah yes, the sig politicking. Ya'll crack me up.

Corporate? Tri-Point, Doc B and MOCC are Corporate? Do you know what Corporate means? Should I call you Corporate just because you have Sponsors and represented MAZDA (with your own personal "MAZDA" stage) at HIN?

As for Tri-Point and Doc B...They are members just like you and just like you they have spent an enormous amount of time and energy on their "rides" benefiting the entire Mazda scene...just like you...Both the Tri-Point 6es and Doc B's MSP could easily win MOTM at any time...They are not "Corporate"...they are dedicated Mazda Forums members and enthusiasts who love racing Mazdas and this community supports them!

Just like MOTM winners...They deserve to be stickied...and when the new MOTM winner is decided...Tri-Point, Doc B and MOCC will be bumped down...It's a natural cycle...not some "Corporate" BS...

Ps...I think quite a few people have seen the MOTM thread...40 Replies | 1,343 Views

Now let's get back to the voting.

In reality they are not corporate...but it did grab your attention (confused).

And if you think calling HIN and asking if there was anyone set up for the Mazda booth "getting my own personal Mazda stage" then you dont know that Mazda doesnt even control the stage...HIN is in charge and they look for cars to put in the stage...and yes, I had to pay my own entrance fee. Regarding my sponsors, I guess you dont know either that you have to build your car with your own $$ in order to get back a decal and maybe 25% MSRP on the new parts you might want to get...so get real. Then you might say why do I do it...well I do it so maybe in the future I can get a real sponsorship. By the way MazdaUSA didnt even want to put my car on their tuner website.

Regarding this ROTM page, you wonder why the lack of participating cars, its because the people that pour their heart and money into these vehicles do it for the exposure, not be scrolled down to the bottom of a page. Again sorry if you dont see my point; but without your member support, this forum wont have the financial success you all desire.

I have to clarify something before we continue: my car was built by me, no one else, no shop, no other mechanic, no money from such and such company, I had to build it in my garage, like many other people here and with plenty of overtime work to pay for the parts, most which I bought from here. Dont assume that because some stickers are placed in the car, that the particular companies assumed the bill and supplied me the parts. The car was completed even before the Modified people saw it, and most of the companies jumped on the MSP after the deal with Modified was done just to get their names on the article. They didnt supply me with any products and/or money. The road to full or even partial sponsorship starts very expensive, and I am in the first step. And I understand what Antoine is doing, sure there is nothing wrong, this is his forum, I just expressed my opinion when it comes to the ROTM and how lately they have been pushed down the page. Let them showcase their work at the top where they belong. Sorry, this will be my last comment in this thread.

now that i've been thinking. i have some nice things done to my car that make it very different then others and it was all done by me.

the only way i got alot of the things i have was alot of overtime and special occasions. but it is hard and it will take time, i've had my car for 2 years and i'm nowhere near done. i sticked to performance for now, i will def need a new paintjob and wheels. thinking bout coilovers and some carbon fiber.

can't wait till its all done. god forbid anything happens in the mean time.

Amen bro.
I would love some wheels for the Turboyata, but the set I want are quite pricey.
I have been through hell & high water with the 'yata, and with the help of a few forum members....she's living the good life!
