so I am lucky and my wifes family has a machine shop so I had aluminum at my disposal and machines to work with....I first took the visor off and made a templete of where the visor bolts to the roof panal, I added a 1 1/2 inch tab to the sides (shown in pics) I punched the center out (thats why it looks kinda rough) and then with the long pieces I punched two holes and use a air saw and cut from hole to hole and then added the mounting hole....the long pieces need to bend in a slight "S" shape to fit right....I don't have deminsions on the bends but I just eyeballed it since it is aluminum it bent super easy anyway.....I'm happy with the mirror, It shakes a bit on back roads but i'm thinking of making another couple brackets that will bolt to the inside part that holds the visor (the piece that clips the visor) and there are two places on back side of mirror that have bolt holes...when I do this I will add pics of that as well
