i got mine in japan, other than a part number i can't get them for ya.

my roomate is fluent in japanese but he has a real job tranlsating. i'm sure if you drop him some bucks he can take care of emailing them and working on payment.

I'm in the process of figuring out the shipping info from Taiwan. I probably have to make it a group buy to actually make the shipping worth it. The shipping might take 1 or 2 months to get here via boat.
