WHERE I HAVE THE SOLUTION!! How messed up is that?

THIS is my issue and how to solve it, the only problem is that I don't have the necessary tools nor do I want to re-program the cars' computer without being able to cover this under warranty.

Since this has almost rendered my car out of service and a costly maintenance bill for the guy in front of me and myself, I am going to bring this to Mazda and see what they guys say.

Summary of the issue:
-a/c cycles on and the RPMS bog down about 100 rougher idle
-a/c cycles off and the RPMS shoot back up thusly jerking the car forwards and returning it to normal idle when in neutral / without the a/c on
-a/c is off, nothing happens. also, a/c button is not lit up nothing happens

Anybody know what I'm talking about here?
Or have the problem?
Or had the problem? How'd they fix it?

If by this you mean that it drops 100 RPM's when the A/C comes on, it is normal.

If you mean that it drops to 100 RPM's, that is not normal.
