I've got issues!!??!!

Ok guys, ive got a problem with my P5. When I start it up i get a weird whine. Its kinda like a belt squeel, but its not I dont think. Its quieter than a belt squeel and it is constant, where as belts tend to kind of pulsate. It's really annoying and I don't know what it is. I've tightened my outer accessory belt and had no luck. I'm gunna try to tighten the alternator belt but I cant find the "lock " bolt for it. The adjuster is easy to see, but i am having trouble finding the other one. If someone could post a pick or somethin' it would be greatly appreciated.

The Lock bolt for the Alternator is easy to access you'll see it it's right on the Middle usually it's usually a 12MM bolt justLossen it up enough but DO NOT TAKE IT OUT! because it's a pain to get back in and then pull your Alternator belt tighter . That should help fix the problem . while your at it just replace the Belt your belt is probably shot to!

I think he's talking about the bolt for the pivot which you'll see if you look under he car its on the alt.
 
Thanks, but I figured it out. No more squeel and she purrs like a kitten. The belt is fine, I guess it musta stretched.
 
Did you access the pivot point from under the car ? I can reach the pivot point on mine, it's a 14mm btw, I cannot get enough power to break it free. Any suggestions ? I have been trying to get at it from the top.
 
Does anyone have a link to the proper point at where I need to place the jack stands. I have never had to lift a car this much or even get under one before. I just have delayed doing this for so long cause I felt uncomfortable with it
 
I adjusted mine from the top without removing anything. Loosened top bolt. Tightened bolt c as explained in the manual, tightened back up bolt b, or the top bolt. And all done
