When I was a kid my family always named our cars. For example, my mom's white VW Beetle was named Sam and we had a beat-up Vega wagon named Duncan. Both were boys.

We haven't named our MSP, but we do refer to her as "the baby", to distinguish it from our other cars (one of which is an older Protege), and she is definitely a "she".

So here's my question: :)

Qa: Have you named your car?
Qb: Do you refer to it as "he" or "she"? (poll)

I don't think my car has a gender...it's more like a drug. Most of the times it a stimulant, but occasionally it's a depressant. :p

No name, but she is definatly feminie.

*edit: What else couild she be with all those curves and that fat A**

definatly a she, i call her 'Rochelle Rochelle'-named twice after the one that i let go and should of held on to.

also reffered to as 'The Radio Flyer' or 'Hot Boxxx'

and its bad luck not to name your car after a female.

Iconoclast, do you watch Seinfeld?

I think "Rochelle Rochelle" was also the name of a foreign film Jerry and George went to see ... heheh

I like that for the name of a car.

shes a gerl..
takes all my money.. gets moddy. always has to be clean and pretty.. has bumps in the back.. and some nice headlights..and yes.. just like me.. she is a label ***** -=(
uGh*
i call her BiOoOotCh
hear her roar

Definitely a girl....(my baby)...and I think I'll call here Priscilla. I also give her a kiss every 1000 miles, right on the flyin M on the steering wheel (ask my wife, she'll testify). Yeah, I may be a freak...but if lovin my car is wrong, then I don't wanna be right!

(lol) I know the feeling. Mines a girl most definitely. When you don't have an actual girl you have to have something to fill the void....

Mine's a boyeeeee!!! Named "Taylor" after my cat who passed away. :( My last car an '87 Plymouth Colt, also a boy, was named "Garfield", but that car passed away. I dunno, I just like things male; my pets have been male, when I was riding I'd always ride geldings (mares are biotches!), I tend to have more male friends... I dunno, it's just my thang! :D
