Is my CX-9 only one with many problems?

Hi
My name is Kai Kim. I bought 2010 Mazda CX-9 in March and have had many problems since. I would like to share my bad experiences and get your insights.
1. In 2 months, transmission valve broke down and shift gear only went to 3rd. I had my car in the dealer shop for a week to fix it.
2. In the hot summer, the front windows bounced back down after they hit the top as if there was an object sensored.
3. The side mirror (driver side) vibrates badly after 45 MPH. I took the car to dealers 3 times, they could not fix. I was told that other CX-9s were found with the same problem and with many customer inquiries. I called Mazda Service and was told that there is nothing Mazda would do about it and has no plan to fix it since there is no safety concern so I should bear with the problem. This is ridiculous! Evertime I drive I see shaking objects in the mirror driving me crazy.
DOES ANYONE WITH CX-9 HAVE SIMILAR PROBLEM?

It was not that bad when I first noticed, then after I took it 3 times, it has gotten worse. Now they can't fix it. Mazda is telling me that becasue they intended to make CX-9 as linght as possible to increase fuel efficiency, the part that is holding the nirror is not strong?????????????
I am just so mad at what this specialist at Mazda USA told me that the mirror is made within the spec and there is nothing he will do. And he said no safety concern! I wondered if he would say the same thing if he can't figure out what is behind his car when passing on a freeway with his kids in the back.

kaikim,
#3 is a common TSB to fix.
#1 is very very rare. If you don't believe me, search this forum to see how many here have transmission issue. Very few.
Mazda has the same transmission supplier (Aisin, #3/#4 in the world) as Lexus'. They are very smooth and reliable. Some mechanic put in wrong fluid.
With modern transmission, this mistake could cause a seize-up of transmission.
#2 could probably be fixed by a window reset. Look up your owner's manual.

Almost three years here. Only two small issues
- Rear windows failed to roll completely down. Obstructed by loosen styroforms inside. Simply re-gluing at oil change.
- A/C relay failed (common TSBs) - fixed at oil change.

I suppose I have been fortunate, indeed, I have watched this forum for a long time, and so far, my '10 Sport has been perfect.

I am not complaing about mine, either.
Two small issues for 3 years is reliable in my book.

2007 CX-9. No transmission or engine problems. No mirror problems. Problems with bluetooth not automatically picking up the cell phone. Have to manually activate it using the cell phone. Had to replace two relays that were faulty and caused the rear environmental controls to remain set on high fan speed. The right rear window will not roll up if it is more than halfway down. Currently experiencing problems with keyless entry. Sometimes I cannot lock the doors with the smart key. Problems with both smart keys. Don't know what causes this problem. Any ideas? Car battery need replacing? Do not believe both keys are faulty at the same time.

Cell phone and SmartKey are like cat and dog. Don't mix them together.
Avoid putting them in the same pocket.
That probably will solve your mystery about BT and SmartKey....
