yea a hood scoop for a tmic is rice

You do realize that the cowl venting on the speed 3 is just as efficient as the scoop on a subi, and has the benefit of not adding further drag at higher speeds right?

That was most likely due to the turbo upgrade and not the hood scoop.

yeah but wrx is cheap and turbo upgrade and all stuff that he done to it save him coupple grands and its still faster that that cos much more sti...same with ralli art evo If you decide to make power swap turbo and couple things and you have car faster that evo x for less $ btw im not talking about scoops hodd design is awesome for tmic(rei)

Yeah, but WRXs grenade transmissions at ~300whp, expecially the 2.5 liter models. An STi or performance gear upgrade is gonna run you 3-7 grand, so that price gap just got a lot smaller. Trust me, I used to own a WRX and I work at a performance shop that does 80% of our sales in WRX/STi parts.

I got rid of my WRX because of the trans.

I guess it depends on what you want. Yes it's a bit down on power in rally-art guise, but from what I read it's pretty much a slightly toned down Evo, and you're getting AWD. Though from what I read it might be a bit more expensive than the MS3.

Guess you'll just have to drive it and find out if you really want to change.

Good luck!

they will be, the 5 door version will be dropping about 6 to 8 months after the sedan breaks ground.

I should've said, "a good looking hatchback". ^_^;;

I haven't seen the new Evo hatch, but I know the old Evos
were more like long station wagons.
