This is my work car and I have lost the key. I drove home one evening, and have not seen the key since.
I thought it MUST be in the house somewhere, since I drove home. However, after searching high and low, I still have not found it.
I am wondering if it is possible I left the key in the car and it locked itself? Surely a standard car would usually disable auto-locking if the key was inside the vehicle, but is there any chance that there could be a fault with the vehicle and this could happen?
