when i installed my AWR mounts, front and rear, i went to try it out when i cornered hard neough and floored it , i ended spinning one wheel from the body weight shifting to a side.. then i would hear the LSD working.. but it didn'"t do that before i got the mounts..

should i assume the the rigid mounts will be more noisy as well as vibrate more?

after i installed my welded LSD i noticed it got louder at higher rpms. it might not be perfectly balanced but the welds are nice and even.

i installed a filled front mount and under hard acceleration from a stop,
i hear what appears to be grinding, when i wouldnt hear it before.
i dont know if its the lsd or not, but i know i couldnt get off the line before
like i can now.

yeah exactly.. that thing launches like a mofo now.. and i do hear the tranny whine alot more..

but in tight corners, i can hear grinding/whining when one wheel spins..

nah sorry...I meant is there tranny vibrations with welded lsd?

I'm aware of awr's motor mount trade mark vibrations.

you'll get lots more vibrations with stiffer mounts;
esp. during the cold, the urethane becomes much harder when it's cold.

i love 'em!
faster launches, no lurching, and quicker shifts!

i wonder why it made it louder? i can see if the welds were uneven but then it would eat the berrings like nothing, it wouldnt take long for them to be shot. so if the welds are even why does it still louder?
