IPOD and Bose system

I am about to get the CX-7 and want to know if the Bose system works well with an IPOD. An IPOD is all I use now.
I have a Eclipse that I use with the AUX. I don't care about all the nav stuff to work with my IPOD. Just long as it plays my IPOD real good.

As far as I know, on the NAV system, no.
