ip bus for pioneer units?

anyone know where i can get an ip bus for the pioneer headunits with RCA inputs for cheap? i want to have a 3.5mm jack sticking out of the pocket near the cup holder so i can hook any device up to it and play thru my car speakers+Subs

for example, i can hooked any of the following with a 3.5mm jack

pocket pc's (my GF and i both have ppc with movies, music and games)
mp3 players
MD players
ipod
laptop
dvd players
etc

i have my pioneer hooked up to a Pioneer CD-RB20. you can find those on ebay.
