These are the only wear and tear that I have noticed in my 2017. A modest sized bottom can stretch out the material after enough miles. 
I started using a protective cover for the seat bottom after 150K miles. The seat back is intact because it doesn't have to hold my weight.
I have a bottle of convertible top conditioner (for an NA that I no longer have). Gonna try it on the steering wheel.
