Interest In A Ga Meet?

I know the SRT guys meet the first Saturday of the month at the Varsity. Might be kind of cool to get both groups out there. Anyone up for that?

March 14-17 bunch of peoples will be at the 12 hours at Sebring, April 20-22 is the Deals Gap run, May 4-6 is the Cheaha Meet. There will be several mountain runs scattered throughout up on Ga 180, those just depend on the weather since it is only a 45 minute drive from Roswell. Bunch of us meet every Thursday for bowling. If youre looking to plan something, keep an eye on the autocross schedule, if you pick a weekend that there is no race then you will have a better turnout for sure. Also picking someplace with something more to do then standing looking at our cars, we do that but then to make the meet last longer it is nice to have something to do. Dave and Busters, Andretti Speed Lab, we just had a dyno meet on Sunday, someplace with a nice drive to go on, like Pine Mountain. If there is something bigger to do than more people will be willing to drive from further away as well. The Cheaha meet is gonna be a blast so I highly recommend that one, the mountain runs we do there are a lot of fun, same with Ga 180, just shorter.
GA meets are great but usually it seems like people bail out last minute which gets tiresome after a while if we can get a definate head count ahead of time i am sure something could be put together. The only other thing is to usually expect most of these meets to be in the ATL area as most of the people here live in this area

I wouldn't mind meeting in ATL. But yeah a lot of people do bail....me being one of them.
Definitely need something to do other than standing around looking at cars and scratching your ass... that is boring and gets old, real fast.
Plus, inevitably some jerkwad shows up and tries to turn it into a sideshow complete with boomin' stereo and people acting st000pid. Count me out of that scene.

That upcoming Varsity meet is on Saturday March 3rd at 1 pm. Maybe we could meet there, hang out for a little while, then head somewhere else.

D&B was okay.... except for the guy who felt the need to show how big his.... subwoofer was... playing really crappy music... really LOUD...(ricer)
