Intercooler Routing Pics...Please Evaluate

Awesome, thanks! What metal did you get? Also did you get a bundle?

I bought the mild steel b/c I knew I wanted to powdercoat it anyway. I will end up using a total of something like this....

3 ea. 90s
3 ea. 180s.
2 ea. 45s

I also bought 1 stick of 10' straight. Obviously I will have straight left over but I couldn't buy it any shorter.

I'm going to try and use the P5 fans instead of going with slim fans. I know it probably wont work but it's worth a shot. I found a small hole to route through. I'll keep you posted.

I need to post some more pics. Everything is welded and in. The hot-side was a a pain....but with a little patience it worked out. I'll post pics tomorrow. I plan on finishing the entire project this weekend.

I just finished mounting manifold, turbo, down pipe, oil pan, oil lines & piping.

Quick question.....where does the "nipple" from the MAF go? It originally mounted to a grommet in the short ram intake.

Should it do the same at the MAF/BOV (cold side) piping somewhere? Or should it go the the short ram intake that will be from the turbo?

OK....now the lazy comes out.

Please help as I've read 50 different post about pushing and pulling fans - mounted front and behind.....and I'm still confused.

I purchased two 12" slim-line fans. They are both "out of the box" set up to push. Do I mount them both behind the radiator (behind meaning between the radiator and engine bay)? Any help will be appreciated.

Note: the directions state that if required to "pull" simply remove the fan-blade and reverse. Can this be true?

the way the mspr's do it cause of their short rad, is u use a 9" on the ac condensor as a pusher, and 12" inside on the rad as a puller.

i have 2 12" pullers inside (inside being inside th engine bay) cause i run a p5 rad, and it works great. yea just do what the instructions say, mine were the same way. and make sure when u do wire them up, u check to see if its actually pulling, i had to wire mine the opposite of what the fans said.
