interchangable bumpers?

My wife cracked my front bumper on a curb recently and in need of a new one. Would the 2nd gen bumpers fit on my 04? I've always liked the look of those better

The 07-09 front bumpers will fit 04-06
For 04-06 bumper to fit 07-09 all you do it's trim the bumper support starofoam.
This was confirmed at mazda3 forum

The backs will fit just minor adjustments are needed according to some research. GL

Now will a 07+ front Lip fit an earlier model!? Maybe a heat gh it's the answer to that
