Inside door handles, trim, etc

You know the plasticky inside door opening lever? It looks cheap. It would be nice to have something made of actual metal. Has anone seen anything like that, are our door handles the same as any other model Mazda?

I'd also like to see real metal trim around the round vents, and around the power window switches.

well mazda doesnt use real metal because that would just add to the overall cost of the car.

im sure fabbing up metal trim for the vents should be pretty easy, but as for the handles and window switch surround probably not. Is it possible? yes, but will be hard to get it to look OEM.

this of course is if theres isnt a company that makes these metal pieces.

I did a lot of searching but the closest I found were chrome outside handles or trim for around the interior door handle, but not the handle itself. Brushed stainless would look good.
