Insane spottings

Today must be the "Day of the Mazdas." I must have seen at least fifty on the road if not more. It was almost like a marathon of sorts - one following the other. I lost track of those, but around noon today, I was driving north on Lake Shore Drive and saw two RX-8s (both red) and one Mazda3 4-door (blue). As for the Proteges...tons of them. Anyone?

I'm always on the lookout (yes). It's just a matter of time before I smash Marley into a tree (notcool).

Is your dealer getting one Ken? I just got a letter from Autobarn telling me how they are 'in need of 3543654 Protege's to fill their used car inventory"...I may go just to entertain an SP23 (not that I can afford it right now...).

I may be shooting down LSD tomorrow as I start grad school in Evanston. Depends what I feel like taking home - if the weather's nice, it's usually LSD...otherwise, 94 owns me.

I see quite of few of those as well. As I said, I'm always on the lookout (yes). An interesting observation I made is that I see plenty more Mazdas in Chicago vs. New York - perhaps not interesting, but I thought I'd share it anyway. I dunno, it's probably due to the fact that I'm now driving one myself so I'm just more aware of it.

^ Well, the MS6 just came out, so you may not be seeing many of those yet. As Ken said, only 8 would be available initially in the Chicago area, so seeing one will indeed be rare.
