I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue that's started recently but quickly becoming much more frequent. The screen playback controls randomly activate during playback in various modes, complete with the beep. These seem to be button-specific, i.e. the Play/Pause or Previous button during playback on the Bluetooth device screen. When it happens, the same button will be pressed every time. It doesn't seem to matter what the cursor had highlighted. Therefore I don't believe the physical control knob is related, but I'm trying to narrow it down to either a software bug or a hardware glitch. I'm hoping it's not indicative of some larger electrical problem with the car that's causing interference or some such.
It happens on other source playback screens. I have noticed, for example, it happening during standard FM radio, wherein the "Seek previous" button was triggering.
As for patterns:

As for patterns:
- I can't say it's weather-related. It is summer here and temps are high. I can't remember if it happened during colder months. If it did, it was much less frequent
- Originally I thought it was only after the car had been running for a long trip (i.e. > 30 minutes). But I have recently experienced it immediately after starting the car and driving around the block. I have also rebooted the infotainment system while the vehicle was running via the control combination of 3 buttons. this did not resolve the issue.
