Some asshat backed into my g/f's P5, left a nice little gouge on the front of the hood...there was a 4 x 4 dually with a trailer hitch parked across the street, I asked our neighbor to ask the owner when he came back if he hit our car......(chair) (chair) :mad: (pissed) (argh)

EDIT* Not meaning you, meaning the 4x4 owner will deny everything...even if you point out the paint on his trailer hitch.

Police officers can tell if the hitch was the culprit or not. Should have some residue from her paint on the hitch if they didn't wipe it off. Also the same height as where the scrape or dent was. This is referred to as hit and run...

yeah man, somebody done that even when i saw them.
i was at wal-mart once. I finished shopping and was walking towards my car. I saw a white ford 4X4 backing out from the stall across. i was walking towards my car and see the driver backed right into my back bumper., she wanted to drive away and think no body saw it. i ran across the mall parking lot and stopped her at the exit light.

boy was i pissed. before used to be people would leave a note on your window saying they are sorry at least. She was no problem hitting other people's car and run. She paid me $1000 to keep my mouth shut and not reporting to the insureance company and the police.
