Issue with image uploading?

Another member had an issue recently but I’m still not sure if it was on our end or theirs…They tried again later and it worked. There shouldn’t be any issues with image uploading as long as it’s one of the accepted file types (most common ones), not too large (limits have been expanded over time) and provided your internet connection is fine.

yeah it was test for image upload. It throws a generic error when attempted to either upload attach. What is the size limit? That could be it.. from what I see the image tested is about 4MB

Do you recall the error? Was it something about “parsing”? I believe the current limit is about 50MB. That said, the system automatically resizes images so that they’re not too large and take too long to load.

Found the issue. It's with my mobile browser, there was restriction for local images folder on my end.

I'm also getting this Oops! We ran into some problems error. It happens immediately when selecting a photo from my phone, before trying to upload. I checked and my browser has photo permissions.

Thanks for the heads up...Yeah something seems amiss with attachments in some situations. For me it seems to work fine on my iOS devices but not on my desktop. On desktop, I get a spinning wheel and then nothing.

We're looking into it, any related details you can provide would be greatly appreciated, thanks and sorry for the trouble!

Tried uploading two images I generated via Gemini (via iPhone)...The one that works and appears is a png file. For some reason the other is not uploading (no error given) and it's a jpeg file which should work.

Update…Uploads via phone seem to be working smoothly now…





Still experiencing an issue trying to upload on desktop though…
