I'm picking up my new MP5 tomorrow morning.

Actually I bought it last Friday. I paid downpayment and signed loan contract. But because the car I bought was not in the dealership, they needed to bring it here from another dealer 120 miles away.
So I havn't driven that car yet.
When I pick up my car tomorrow morning, should I test drive it before signing final documents (I don't know what those are)? Or just turn on the engine is OK?

Ah! I forgot to ask this.
If the condition of the car is different than I expected (scratches on it, odometer reads over 100 miles, makes strange sound, or any other things we don't expect from a new car...), what should I do? Shoud I ask them to fix / resolve it? Can I cancel the contract even though I paid 3K downpayment and loan contract?

I always drive the car that I am getting.

I would go over the car as much as possible and sort out any scracthes, dings, or whatever is wrong

I just got my MP5 last thursday and there is a scratch on my hood that they will fix when it goes in to get tinted this week.
