I have a few mods, nothing huge or that special. No I dont adjust my boost per race. Im running a 22psi spike and it tappers down to 15-17psi at redline depending on the gear thanks to the stock turbo!

If I ran 15psi, I'd blow my engine, and the engine of any car in a 50 foot radius... At 22psi, there'd just be a huge mushroom cloud.

I played with it last night and put it back to 20psi because it seemed to spool a little faster... I need a bigger turbo lol.

yes, but the Protege started life as a very nimble, responsive and fun to drive car with excellent feel - so they're already starting out on a different level

Very true the 3rd gen was blessed with a good chassis and nimble feet before the MSP een came along.
All in all the Neon, Lancer and Protege are modern muscle cars in the sense that Chevelles, GTO's, Torinos and others were just hopped grocery getters as are our cars. They just have smaller arms and bigger lungs.

A SRT4 is nothing more than a Neon with a turbo
An Evo is nothing more than a Lancer with a turbo
An MSP is nothing more than a Protege with a turbo

From what I remember, that won't work. You would be better off getting a perrin fm.
