so i was checking my oil today at chevron. first, i squeegied my windshield because my wiper fluid is out. so i lifted up the wiper blades to squeegie... no big deal. then i went to open the hood and i forgot to lower the blades!!! scrape! is all i heard. damnit. it left about a centimeter gauge where primer is now showing. ouch! its on the inside edge of the hood mostly, toward the windshield so you can't see it unless you're looking down at the wipers. it sucks that i did something so dumb that could have been prevented so easily.

i think i'm going to go to a body shop tomorrow and see what the hell can be done about all of the flaws that are now in my paint. the hood scrape, the egging chips
and recently a boulder hit the silver part right around my fog light (the part just around the lense) ... i think i might have that painted black along with my front grille... and then just have all the other little knicks touched up by someone good... hopefully. hmm... photoshop anyone?
