well just come back from vacation of 2 weeks, and slip into the dealership and have service dept to give a quik look at my a/c. not much of a problem, but 1 day it flickerd off and on and didnt come on for a while. dont even really use it(keep windows down for authorites)
after waiting and hour after driving 5 hours and telling the prick 5 hours in advance, some guy just rolls up waits 10 and snakes me??
whatever im tired just want this thing done so i can go home and relax. finally this older guy gets in my car and drives it around to the bay(im on the other side of the bay expecting him). ok so finally heres somebody gonna get this done with!! here the guy goes violently slapping the level selecter back and forth trying to make it act up. im being cool asking questions about the blower motor and what it did that one dayfor about 10 minutes, and now alot of the mazda guys are by my car looking and asking questions. so i walk to the rear of the car to entertain this guys questions. look down and im like(boom04) WTF IS THAT, that was not there when i got here because i just come back from a car show. my bumper has a huge vertical crease,spiderwebs everwhere and a few places missing paint.
and a couple of the mech's knew what happened instantly because this has happend before. they where trying to clam me down as this idiot is still inside my car yanking my switch back and forth. now im irate because 10 minutes has went by since this has happend and this idiot has yet to mention that he just ruined my back bumper or that i might want to check it out!!
i understand that accidents happen, but not even admit,mention,apoligize. hes just still in there yanking the damn switch, even with 10 people standing around looking at it. i know he knows he did it, trust me you would feel that real nice and i turned my radio off out of courtesy so it would distract anybody.
now im waiting for mr.big cheese to come talk to for another 10 minutes, big cheese gets there and tells me we will fix it. STILL NOT A F&$#IN SORRY!!
still standing there angry not knowing whats going on, and all of a sudden im told to hop in the van with this guy. and im rushed off to enterprise to get a rental. now im pimpin a 2005 junky red lancer. this thing sucks so bad!!
never got a sorry, we are very sorry bout this, dont worry well take care of everything.
herer's my problem, my wings west lip is molded on that bumper. the lip might have survived, but that bumper has to be replaced.
so im guessing that lip is not going to come off clean,and i dont think this shop knows anything about the right kind of stuff to keep it from cracking apart or doing it at all.
i dont know any bodyshops around here because i'm still new to the area.
who should i contact,and complain about this horrible expeirence besides the dealership. they dont care, they just ignored my incident and rushed me away as quik as they possibly could. with out 1 apology or any real concern.
